Mieli kolegos, Pasaulinė sveikatos organizacija (PSO) paskelbė ICD-11 Psichikos, elgesio ir neurologinių raidos sutrikimų klinikinius aprašus ir diagnostinius reikalavimus (CDDR).

World Health Organization has published the ICD-11 CDDR
Dear colleagues,
I am writing to share with you the wonderful news that the World Health Organization (WHO) has published the Clinical Descriptions and Diagnostic Requirements for ICD-11 Mental, Behavioural and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (CDDR). The full CDDR volume can be downloaded free from its publication page on the WHO website:

The CDDR is currently available in electronic form and in English, but print availability and translations will follow. We will continue to provide you updates on these developments.
The WHO also held a global launch event on March 8, 2024. If you were not able to attend the event, you can access it from the CDDR publication page or at this direct link:
Speakers at the 1-hour launch event included Dévora Kestel, Director, Department of Mental Health and Substance Use, Mario Maj (Italy), Oye Gureje (Nigeria), María Elena Medina-Mora (Mexico), Min ZHAO (China), and Abir Hakir (Tunisia), in addition to myself.
The launch event emphasized that the CDDR for the ICD-11 was the most international, multilingual, and multidisciplinary process ever conducted in developing a diagnostic manual for mental disorders, involving hundreds of experts and thousands of clinicians around the world.
We are writing to you because of your interest or participation in “live” courses about the ICD-11 CDDR that we have co-sponsored with the World Psychiatric Association, the European Psychiatric Association, or the National Institute of Psychiatry in Mexico. We hope that you are as excited as we are about the launch of the CDDR. Early in the revision process, our International Advisory Group wrote, “People are only likely to have access to the most appropriate mental health services when the conditions that define eligibility and treatment selection are supported by a precise, valid, and clinically useful classification system”. Through the publication of the CDDR, the WHO has taken major steps in this direction.
